Introduction

This document should be your reference for anything regarding the LocalBytes LocalDeck. It will be updated whenever there are any changes to the deck that need to be communicated. Please note, guides will not be written in this document, but in other articles, and linked.

Quick Start

As this is an ESPHome device, you should consult the ESPHome Quick Start guide.
Please note, the LocalDeck has an ESP32 inside, so you can provision it via "Improv"!

Variants

For full customizability, the LocalDeck is available in a number of variants. For ease of purchase, we have a bundle available that includes the Deck and a case; with a discount.

Templates

ESPHome

The ESPHome template for this device can be generated using the configurator - Tools / LocalDeck Configurator

Tasmota

This device is not currently supported by Tasmota due to the lack of a matrix keypad driver.
